Welcome to Search Engine Registry. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website searchengineregistry.com (the “Site”) and the search engine submission services (the “Services”) provided by Search Engine Registry™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site or Services.

1. Description of Services

Search Engine Registry provides a one-time or recurring submission service for business websites. Our Service includes:

• Manual Submission: We manually submit your website’s URL and provided business details to major search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and Bing, as well as over thirty (30) other third-party search engines, directories, and online listings.

• Submission Report: Upon completion of the submission process, we will generate and email you a comprehensive report. This report will serve as proof of submission and will include links to the listings where available.

You acknowledge that we are a third-party submission service and are not affiliated with Google, Yahoo, Bing, or any other search engine.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or an authorized decision-maker for the website, domain, and business being submitted.

• The business being submitted is based and operates within the United States.

• All information you provide in the registration form is accurate, complete, and current.

3. Plans, Payment, and Automatic Renewal

We offer the following plans for our Services:

• Monthly Plan: A recurring subscription billed monthly.

• Annual Plan: A recurring subscription billed annually.

• Lifetime Plan: A one-time payment for lifetime listing as defined by the Company at the time of purchase.

Payment: All payments are processed through major credit cards via our third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, our Monthly and Annual plans are subscription-based and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time.

• Monthly Plans: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide a cancellation notice at least twenty-four (24) hours before your renewal date.

• Annual Plans: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide a cancellation notice at least fourteen (14) days before your renewal date.

To cancel, you must contact our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

5. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

A. General Policy: No Refunds

All payments for monthly, annual, and lifetime plans are final. Except for the specific conditions outlined in our Submission Guarantee below, no refunds will be provided under any other circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with search engine rankings, rejection of your listing by a third-party search engine, or cancellation of your plan part-way through a billing cycle.

B. 100% Submission Guarantee

Search Engine Registry™ provides a “Submission Guarantee” as the sole condition under which a refund will be issued.

• The Guarantee: We guarantee that we will complete the search engine submission process and deliver the corresponding submission report to the customer’s email address on file within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a successful payment and receipt of a completed registration form.

• The Remedy: In the event the Company fails to deliver the submission report within this 30-day period, the Customer will be entitled to request and receive a full, 100% refund of the purchase price for that specific service order.

• Conditions and Limitations: This Submission Guarantee is contingent upon the Customer providing accurate, complete, and valid information required for the submission. The guarantee is void, and no refund will be issued, if the delay in service is caused by:

  1. The Customer providing inaccurate or incomplete business information.

  2. The Customer’s website being inaccessible, non-functional, or containing prohibited content as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.

  3. A request from the Customer to pause or delay the submission.

• Claim Process: To claim a refund under this guarantee, the Customer must contact us at support@searchengineregistry.com after the 30-day period has fully elapsed and the report has not been received. The Company will verify the claim and, if valid, process the refund.

6. Service Delivery and Guarantees

• Timeline: The search engine submission process will be completed within fourteen (14) business days from the date we receive your completed registration form and successful payment.

• Guarantee of Listing: We guarantee that your website will be submitted to the search engines as described. The submission report we provide, which includes links to your active listings, serves as our proof of service delivery.

• NO GUARANTEE OF RANKINGS: We do not and cannot guarantee any specific search engine ranking or position. Search engine rankings are determined by complex and proprietary algorithms that are beyond our control. Our Service is for submission and listing, not for search engine optimization (SEO) or ranking improvement.

• No Guarantee of Acceptance: While we guarantee submission, we cannot guarantee that every search engine will accept your listing. Search engines reserve the right to reject or remove any submission for any reason, such as for containing prohibited content or violating their terms. We are not responsible or liable for any rejections by third-party search engines.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information through our registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your business name, website URL, business description, keywords, and contact information. The quality and accuracy of your listing depend on the information you provide. We are not liable for any errors or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

8. Prohibited Submissions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service for any website submission at our sole discretion, without providing a reason or a refund. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to, websites that:

• Promote illegal activities, substances, or products.

• Contain adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material.

• Promote violence, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group.

• Are involved in phishing, malware, or other malicious activities.

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

9. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, SEARCH ENGINE REGISTRY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEARCH ENGINE REGISTRY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

THE COMPANY’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID TO THE COMPANY BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Search Engine Registry™ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be first addressed by contacting us directly at legal@searchengineregistry.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.

13. Privacy

We only collect the information necessary to perform the search engine submission service. Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We encourage you to review it to understand our data collection and use practices.

14. General Provisions

• Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Search Engine Registry™ regarding the use of the Service.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

• No Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
